- The Ability To Disassemble & Label Parts & Identify All The Parts Needed For Repair And Then Reassemble
- The Ability To Fill-Out The Comprehensive Check List Supplied With R.O.
- The Ability To Follow MVAW Protocols On Mechanical Repairs And Oil Services
- The Ability To Do Brake | Suspension Repair | Belt Replacement | Water Pumps / Thermostat / Fan Clutch | Fluid Changes – Coolant / Power Steering / Brake | Alternator | AC Components – Receiver Dryer / Condenser / Compressor
- The Ability To Do Front End & 4 Way Alignments
- The Ability To Remove And Install Transmissions | Rear Differentials
- The Ability To Diagnose And Charge Air-Conditioning
- The Ability To Diagnose ABS | SRS | Check Engine Light Failures
- The Ability To Reset ABS | SRS | Check Engine In Instrument Cluster And Other Icons Related to Accident

Compensation Package
- $23.50/Hr. Starting $50,895.00 / Year M-F 43.5 Hours / Week (8:00AM To 5:00PM) 1 Hour For Lunch 2-15 Min Breaks Per Day
- $28 /Hr. Starting $63,336.00 / Year M-F 43.5 Hours / Week (8:00AM To 5:00PM) 1 Hour For Lunch 2-15 Min Breaks Per Day
- Signing Bonus – $1,500.00 After 9.01.2020
